And now we are supplying to Tata Motors OE Vendors. Components like Steering Column, Spare Wheel Assembly Brackets, Driver Cab Lifting Hinge Assemblies and other chassis mounting brackets, Rear View Mirror Bkt. Asslys. for ACGL, Vulkarden E Sheet Metal for Vulkan Technologies, Sheet Metal parts for Continental.Established in 1989 as a small - scale industry manufacturing sheet metal components, the company has grown in size and operation in to a well respected medium scale industry with a reputation for consistently high quality and timely deliveries. To meet the current volume and quality standards, we are already equipped with a wide range of equipment and systems in a completely integrated manufacturing plant with area of 8000 Sq.ft at Bhosari, MIDC. Our turnover is 2 Crores per Annum. We have a team of well qualified Engineers in designing, production and inspection. Our factory is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company.
Our manufacturing set-up includes (1) A well equipped Tool Room to design and manufacture press tools, jigs and fixtures (2) Press Shop having a pressing capacity from 10 ton to 250 ton presses .(3) Assembly Shop having dedicated assembly lines with conventional and special purpose welding machines and Inspection gauges (4) Machining Shop an array of conventional and special purpose machines.
